I started with the theme of self love last week but want to take it a step further this week.

Don't believe me about self love? Here are some examples.

If I'm in a relationship and I don't love myself enough to speak my truth, then my relationship can only be mediocre at best because I'm not being authentic.

If I'm running a business and I don't love myself enough to have systems or organization and then tax day arrives (as it did yesterday lol) and its total chaos because I don't have a plan of action, then all of my energy becomes drained and chaotic when it could have been used to stay calm and help others.

We're all guilty of not loving ourselves on some level and to be honest I've never met someone who doesn't have to work at it.

Spirituality often gets this weird rep of being "woo woo" but if your success is determined by the degree to which you love yourself then healing becomes pretty damn important.

A true healer knows there's nothing that can ever be added to you. However, a true healer also knows there are energetic blocks and wounds that keep you from loving yourself.
