Every time you back down from the challenge,

You back down from the uncomfortable conversation,

You back down from your healing,

You know what happens?

Your negative ego scores a big point.

If you’re being hard on yourself, stop. Breathe. And remember that the things that bring you shame are the very lessons you came here to learn. You are on a journey love.

Knowing there was an end to this physical life created a longing within me from a very early age to live my life’s purpose.

No more waking up in the middle of the night screaming with my heart racing a million miles per minute.
