The Age of Aquarius!

Have you heard? The Age of Aquarius began on December 21st.

While I don't know all of the details, what I do know is there's been a shift in energy on the planet for people to really take off their masks.

No, I don't mean your covid mask. I mean the masks that keep you from being your authentic self.

When you're not being authentic, it is now sooooo much easier for people to pick up on that.

One common way that this shows up is we often don't speak up in our relationships, friendships, with family, or with clients. We think we're protecting ourselves from rejection, abandonment, not hurting the other persons feelings, etc. But basically, the cost is our integrity by not being true to ourselves. This eventually leads to resentment and more and more masks.

Did I mention its the Age of Aquarius? It's going to be really hard to continue to hide and not share our truth. 

Something that's really helped me in my healing journey is an ancient modality called Etheric Reconstruction.

Basically, Etheric Reconstruction like a weedwacker you use in your yard to cut away whats not serving your beautiful garden. The same is true for your energy field. Cutting away the layers that keeps you from being your true self, etheric reconstruction opens the door to being you...which is truly what all of us actually want.
