You are the only you. You are the only you there will ever be. If you knew who you were, you would never dismiss yourself ever again.

Your essence is a unique snowflake. It can never be born. It can never die. Your spirit is eternal.

If you are struggling with jealousy and comparison, I invite you to take a hard look within through meditation, a consultation, or through a healing session. To dismiss yourself is the root of self hatred. To take your power back is the root of self love.

Another invitation to discover is that if you are struggling with jealousy and comparison, chances are it is a reminder from your soul that whatever you are wishing for in someone else is available to you too. It is literally a ping that nothing is impossible and that if you can see it, you can have it. Your own self expression of these outward things such as a relationship, your purpose, etc. will be different from others but it is absolutely obtainable.

2020 is the year of no more self abuse. No more wishing you were someone else. No more comparing lives.

As Joseph Campbell once said "The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are."
